I remember when I got Ben and Jonas’s wedding enquiry. I was walking on the beach and I had my phone with me (a very rare occasion that I take my phone with me) and I read it, I was SO freakin excited. And I was so blown away that out of all the photographers in South Africa, these two beautiful German gents PICKED ME!
We had a quick Google Meets chat and I just loved everything about them, they were so easy, fun loving and their vision for their day was one word, MAGIC!
They decided to elope in South Africa with only their nearest and dearest and what a place to elope too, Grootbos Private Nature Reserve. I have been lucky to have shot here before and in every single corner its beyond beautiful, breathtaking actually. Surrounded by fynbos and natural vegetation with sunset ocean views and majestic mountains, this place is INSANE!
Ben and Jonas, where do I start, THANK YOU for choosing us to share this special day. I loved every single minute, from the moment I saw where the reception was taking place to that awesome rainbow coloured macron cake. My shattered nerves, it was a day!
I am so happy that South Africa has crept into your hearts and I can’t wait to see you two again!
