These are crazy times we are living in!
It’s not that often that I shed a tear during a wedding, it’s usually when I am editing and reliving the wedding that I open up a packet of Zoo biscuits, vegan gummies, chocolate and popcorn and cry. I feel so much a part of each couples journey.
Kath and James have really had a wedding planning journey and a half, they enquired for a date that I wasn’t available for and we all know covid happened and by some miracle chance and luck, I was available for their FOURTH wedding date change. I honestly struck gold. What an amazing wedding.
The first time I have ever shot at Fairview House up in The Crags, just outside of Plettenberg Bay and I am 100% convinced that venue will become a sought after wedding venue!
Kath and James, where do I even start. Kath, when I look back at these photos one word comes to my mind when I look at you, regal. You looked so so so beautiful and James, or should I say James Bond. Literally! Together you looked like a Hollywood Power Couple. I don’t think we could have asked for better weather conditions. I have never been to a wedding that had so many people cry. I know you would have LOVED to have all your family and friends there to celebrate with you two. I hope when they look at these photos (and eventually the video) it would have felt that they were there with you all. Celebrating a truly special love.
I really wish you both the best and I can’t wait to see what your future holds. It’s going to be something special!
