If your files are irretrievably lost, send me an email with your purchase details including your order number and I will resend your files within an appropriate processing time. Please note that I store original images for 1 year only so any requests for images after this time period will not be viable, so please ensure you keep your copy safe.

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for digital products! Please don’t not ask!
