Oh my word, I am freaking OUT!!!
I always feel so privileged and special to share my bridal couple’s wedding day it is beyond special. But Sumadie and Kyle, your wedding is one I won’t forget in a hurry or EVER!
From the moment we met at Delia’s in Plett listening to your visions and just chatting life and photography, 90 minutes later we said our goodbye’s and roll on a few months later and wow, wow, WOW!
When we walked in the reception area and saw the decor, my mind was blown away. I don’t think I have seen such beautiful decor in a while and then already I started getting excited for the possibilities. Keeping an eye out on the over head conditions, they predicted that the sun would come out during sunset, I was saying sweet nothings to the weather gods. I really wanted a golden sunset.
Sumadie seeing you sitting there whilst getting your make up, so calm and chilled surrounded by the madness of your bridesmaids and blow drying and steaming dresses, champagne popping and giggles, exactly what a wedding should be!
Having never done a wedding at the front of Forest Hall, I was excited about the beautiful setting with a view of the ocean, I still kept an eye on the weather.
After the ceremony, the canapés and family photographs it was my favourite time, the couple shoot and I just knew we were going to get lucky! The beach by forest hall is something else. Not your average beach sand, these are more like little pebbles, amazing rock formations and a clear view of the sun setting over Plettenberg Bay.
I haven’t been this excited, screaming “BANGERS” and “I am literally freaking out guys”. I think the photos will show how amazing that hour we had was. Amazing!
Sumadie and Kyle, thank you so so so much for letting myself and Kate tag along on your special day. Your day was filled with love, laughter, beer spraying champagne, stunning decor, two beautiful humans and BANGERS!
