- One night at Grand Africa in the honeymoon suite (if available) or in one another available room.
- We will provide the Venue complimentary.
- Assistance with set up and liaison with relevant vendors on the day (wedding / event planner, flowers, décor, music, and photographers). We do however recommend that you use the services of an event / wedding planner.
- The use of our tables, chairs and other furniture property of Grand Africa Lookout Beach.
- All standard items including crockery, cutlery & glassware for table settings & pre-drinks
- The use of our Deck for the Ceremony

Event Co Management + Design

- 2 Meetings either in person or via Zoom to conceptualise your amazing vision & discuss the planning process.
- 8 hours on-the-day coordination services to include the following:
- Set up management – ensuring that everything is set up according to your brief.
- Ensuring that all service providers arrive and are on time.
- Full stock take of all items on delivery.
Additional services are available at an additional fee. These can be discussed in our first meeting.
Everymoment.Films

- A 6hr shoot package including:
- One videographer.
- One wedding highlights film of 3-4 Minutes, which showcases an overview of the day.
- One 15 Minute phone consult to chat through details of the day.
Ts and Cs
- The package only includes travel to the specified wedding venue and any venue within Plettenberg Bay. Should the couple be getting ready somewhere out of town, travel will be charged accordingly.
- The package does not include a USB delivery, the film will be wetransferred to the client.
- It includes a non commercial music track, from a licensed media library, chosen by EveryMoment.Films
- The winner of this competition will need to sign a full contract with EveryMoment.Films, which further outlines general Ts and Cs. Should they not agree to those Ts and Cs, the package will be forfeited.
