It’s that often that I get to shoot in Port Elizabeth and I have NEVER had a bride who went right through the night to do a sunrise trash the dress shoot in tidal pools! What a freak LEGEND!
Megan and Juan, I had the best time with you two! I know wedding planning can be stressful, but you two pulled it off. I don’t think ill ever shoot another wedding at a Horse Riding Club!
As always, my favourite part is the couple shoot and after we had fun with your awesome bridal party we ran up and down Sardina Bay’s sand dunes, had a stunning sunset and of course I had two stunning humans in front of me!
BUT, not only did have these two stunning humans for a sunset, I got them again for a sunrise the next morning. And their wedding was in January, so you need to know that sunrise is around 05h00. YUP, FIVE AM! But these two were up for it. We sadly dint have a stunning sunrise, it was super overcast, but we had the entire beach to ourselves, we had a pod dolphins come say “Hey”, we had tidal pools and I am that person that collects sea glass and oh my hat, did I come back with a small little bag full of it. Every time I look at my little sea glass jar, I think of that epic morning!
Megan and Juan, I honestly dont know how you two made it through the night, looking as stunning as you did the day before. Thank you for making me feel like a guest and not a “wedding vendor”, thank you for the laughs, the adventure and of course trusting me with these special memories.
We are totally still doing that jumping off a cliff in only a veil. It will happen!
Thank you for everything!
xXx
