Even when things go wrong, it’s exactly the way it was meant to be!
These are EXACTLY the type of people I want to photograph! Every. Single. DAY!
Before the shoot (a Friday), things didn’t go to plan on Eddie and Gilly’s side, Eddie had to work extra hard to finish work to leave earlier to get to Robberg, Gilly’s nails smudge and the TRAFFIC trying to get out of Knysna was really really bad. Of course with all these things happening, they were slightly late, the intention was to get to the island, but we wouldn’t have had enough time and as always WE MAKE A PLAN! I really do believe that this was EXACTLY the way your shoot was meant to go!
We decided to head to the little private beach for the “loosening” up photos, my corny jokes and getting to know Gilly and Eddie, they literally had me in stitches. We hopped over to catch the sunset. We chatted about their wedding and their vision and all I can say is, bring on the 10th September 2021. When we laugh and joke all over again.
Gilly and Eddie, thank you so much for not only trusting me with your engagement shoot, but with your wedding too, I am honestly so FREAKIN excited not only to see you two again, but to see you through the next exciting chapter of your lives. And it is going to be a banger!
